- Innova Bio Bio - Chile
A diverse group including start-ups, aspiring entrepreneurs, master students, and government officials organized by Innova Bio Bio, Chile visited the University of San Francisco to attend a two-week Silicon Valley Immersion program focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship.
The group had an opportunity to learn and better understand the Silicon Valley ecosystem through a variety of activities such as company visits and networking events besides many different core lectures given by world class USF faculty members.
- DTU - Denmark Technical University, Denmark
A group of Executive MBA students from DTU, Denmark attended a one-day Silicon Valley Immersion Program focusing on Service System Innovation.
- ProCordoba - Argentina
A group of business owners / executives organized by ProCordova, Argentina visited the University of San Francisco to attend a three-day intensive Silicon Valley Immersion program focusing on Angel and VC investment networks in the Bay Area.
The group also had an opportunity to visit many organizations including VC firms, Angel Network organizations, Law firms, and leading Innovation firms and meet with many local investors, entrepreneurs and executives.
- DIT - Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland
A group of 19 MBA students from DIT (Dublin Institute of Technology), Ireland recently participated in the Silicon Valley Immersion Program at the University of San Francisco for a week in October to gain knowledge and insights around Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley through a set of activities including lectures, coaching sessions, workshops, networking events, and company visits. The group had the opportunity to visit companies incuding Google, eBay, Paypal, X.Commerce, and IDEO. During these visits, they had a chance to meet with executives to learn about the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
- Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China)
A group of 64 participants from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, mainly senior executives and entrepreneurs, recently participated in the Silicon Valley Immersion Program at the University of San Francisco to learn around Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Silicon Valley. The group also had the opportunity to visit IBM and Cisco during their visit.
- HAAGA - HELIA - University of Applied Sciences (Finland)
A group of MBA students from Haaga-Helia, Finland attended their one-week University of San Francisco Silicon Valley Immersion program to learn entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership concepts as well as the best practices in Silicon Valley through various lectures, workshops, coaching sessions, and a number of company visits including IDEO, Silicon Valley Bank, Nokia Siemens Networks, TechBA, etc to meet with executives in the Bay Area.
- ISEG - Institute Superior de Economia e Gestao (Portugal)
A group of MBA students from ISEG, Portugal came to the University of San Francisco and attended their intensive one-week Silicon Valley Immersion program to gain and understand corporate entrepreneurship and innovation concepts as well as the best practices in Silicon Valley. As part of the program the group had the opportunity to do a networking with a group of MBA students from Uruguay and Argentina along with USF MBA students and also to meet executives at Cisco and Plug and Play Center to learn more about the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
- CREAME Centro Integral de Servicios Empresariales (Colombia)
The Silicon Valley Immersion (SVI) On Location program is designed for international participants who want to learn eye-opening Silicon Valley insights and business success metrics, but are unable to travel to Silicon Valley. This summer, 2011, the CREAME On Location program brought Silicon Valley expertise to the participants in Colombia through a combination of expert faculty who are leading researchers and practitioners at the participants’ location supplemented with additional real time expertise via video or web conference from Silicon Valley. With an emphasis on innovation, entrepreneurship, and globalization, this program combined important academic and practical components that included lectures, workshops, coaching sessions, and projects tailored for MBA or Science and Engineering students, executives and managers, entrepreneurs, and investors.

- Holosens, Opinno, & Governor of San Juan (Argentina, Spain, Peru)
This Summer, 2011, the Holosens group from Argentina was joined by a group from Spain, Opinno, and the Government Delegation of San Juan, Argentina to participate in the University of San Francisco's Silicon Valley Immersion Program. These three groups engaged in classroom lectures, a company visit, and a networking dinner at Morton's Steakhouse in San Francisco.

This, Spring 2011, the Management Center of Innsbruck University, from Austria, was joined by the Learning Business Consultant, from Portugal, to participate in the University of San Francisco's Silicon Valley Immersion Program. Although the two groups were only together for one master networking event, each had specific schedules of classroom lectures and company visits catering to their overall objectives.

- CORFO Seminar (Chile)
This Spring, 2009, the CORFO event was a one-day seminar focusing on the state of the BioTech Industry in Chile and the different initiatives that the Chilean Government was undertaking to develop this sector. The seminar brought together a high-caliber group of key players in the BioTech Industry in the USA and Chile executives, government officials, scientists, researchers and businesses. The activity was sponsored by CORFO and hosted at the University of San Francisco.

- Clorox Hispanic Immersion
This Fall, 2007, we held a one-day US Hispanic Immersion for a group of board advisers and top executives of Clorox. This US Hispanic Market Immersion was developed by then MBA students Monica Novoa and Vanessa Araujo for their final project in the class International Marketing of professor Carlos Baradello at the University of San Francisco. Through this Immersion, top executives of Clorox learned some key cultural, social and economic aspects of the US Hispanic Market by directly interacting with several small business owners and consumers in the Fruitvale neighborhood in Oakland, CA.
